Fail Zero BCG

Used this on my first AR build. I only have a few hundred rounds through but no malfunctions this far. When I remove the BCG the residu wipes off without even trying. Fit and Finnish is perfect. I know they claim you can run it dry or with minimal lube but I still run mine pretty wet, at least while its new. Primary Arms is great to order from.

I honestly have no idea

To be honest I have no idea if this bolt carrier group is any good. I haven't use it yet since I don't have enough parts to make a complete rifle yet. That being said, the item did arrive quickly. So that's nice.

fail zero bolt group

Timing was everything. I was looking for a coated bolt group for one of my 3 gun rifles and was concerned that I wouldn't be able to buy the bolt I needed because I expected it to be to pricey. I check out Primary Arms and there it was on sale a Fail Zero. Got it last week and have run between 276-340-682100pm to 358-291000pm rounds with no problems. Will wait a while before I clean it, to see if its easy like I am expecting.

A little uglier...

This is my second FZ BCG, first one being right before the panic, FA with the hammer. Both of them seem very nicely built, proper staking on the key, and my first one has dealt with some over pressure situations without a hiccup. This one I just got is just a bit uglier though as far as the coating goes. Seems a bit duller, a bit rougher. It lives in an integral 300blk, so it'll always be filthy, just hope down the road it cleans up as easy (paper towel and oil) as the first one. I'd still get another.

Bulletproof!

The coating on this bolt is amazing! Installed it in my coated upper receiver and it has performed smoother and quieter than any wet lube upper I have run. Great price from Primary Arms when it goes on sale too!
