FailZero EXO Coated AR-15 Bolt Carrier Group

Upon inspection I was very impressed. My company owns a metal fabrication shop which produces products for the wireless communications market so I have an in-depth knowledge of quality fabrication. There were almost no tooling marks with the exception of just a few on the bolt lugs but the rest of the BCG was perfect. Very nice NiB finish making for a super smooth surface. Cycled flawlessly in my AR and as a result I ordered one for my wife's AR. Primary Arms delivered fast.

Had this in my rifle for about a month now absolutely love it! Great looking and great finish! Very easy to clean also. Primary Arms had it shipped the day after i ordered it. Truly a 5 star company. I love that they take the time to talk with you and answer all questions without seeming like they are trying to hurry and get off the phone.

Product had a great finish. Super smooth and it actually felt like there was already lube on it, but there wasn’t. I ran 100 rounds of Fiocchi through this BCG. Took the BCG home excited to wipe the grime right off. This was not the case. The coating was stained and the carbon did not just wipe off. Especially off of the bolt. I will not buy this product again. Nor can I recommend it. It did run flawlessly for 100 rounds. But cleaning was just the same compared to my other BCG without a Nib coating. Glad I got it on sale. If I would of paid full price for this product, I would definitely be upset.

had to stop using it because the carbon stained it so bad the lube didnt seem to work at all anymore within a few months use. Took for ever to clean and basic cleaners seem to make the finish worse and eat threw it. So now it sits in my junk pile. Need to contact company to see what they can do about it...

I'm currently running 3 of these BCGs in different builds and they run flawlessly and never have had any issues and cleaning is a breeze!

Dropped right into my Radical Firearms 5.56 upper. You can tell it is well built. Looks pretty sweet too which is an added plus. I haven't shot with it yet, but I've read the reviews that mention issues with carbon buildup, we'll see what happens there but I'm optimistic

I purchased two of these bolts for both of my AR’s. I am very happy with the quality and finish. Regretfully one of my AR’s have the Echo II binary trigger installed and it’s not working with this bolt in place. After emailing tech support I was I formed they are not fully auto rated. I am disappointed, however, I am disappointed in myself for not looking for the M16 rating. I wish I had a second upper to use this in, but I do not. I’d love to return this for a refund or even in store credit if you could see to that.
I have the original packaging intact.
Should this be an option I’d be very grateful for your consideration.
