Geissele Automatics Super Sabra Lightning Bow Trigger for IWI Tavor and X95

This is the perfect option if you want a trigger bow that doesnt feel like it should be on a water gun ( the Tavor trigger bow feels this way to me). The install was a snap as long as you know how to break down your Tavor. As always fast shipping and great service.

I got this on the PA sale after Christmas. I was apprehensive initially due to the cost but it was a vast improvement with the Giessele trigger pack also while dry firing. It was even better at the range. Well worth the investment.

The worst thing about the Tavor is now history with the Geissele trigger bow and pack combo. If there is an upgrade well worth the money this is it. I agree with others at $1700 to $2000 this shouldn't be an issue. But it is. This fixes it. Thanks to the special PA had this week I got both for under $400. Ordered Weds received it Sat. Installed both and made the adjustments in about 1/2 hour. Very ARish if I do say so myself. Without a doubt the best trigger on any bullpup period.

The Tavor and X95 are amazing guns and I enjoy shooting them in 3 Gun, Defensive Rifle Courses, and courses that I teach. The one thing that I noticed that was becoming detrimental was the weight of the trigger. After shooting ARs for year an 8-12lb trigger was a rough thing to adjust to. Thus I purchased the Lightning Bow and installed it and what a world of difference. Not only do I shoot faster but I am more accurate at distance. I also created an installation video after not finding a solid source anywhere else.

When I installed the super sabra pack, it made my Tavor shoot really nice and crisp but the polymer stock trigger feels a little off, theres is a lot of slack and there is a bit of take up. This refined it, making it feel like your shooting an AR trigger. All smooth and it loses the polymer feeling that you feel like the trigger is going to break. You can adjust the slack too.

This trigger replacement is wonderful. It definitely removes about a 1/4 inch of take up. However there is some question as to wether or not this system would pass a military drop test. I am using it with the timney trigger pack and the results as fantastic. Highly recommended. Note you will need IWI tavor barrel wrench for install

The factory trigger is a 2 pc- spring hinged trigger design that accounts for the extra slack (mush) that occurs before the trigger action is transmitted to the trigger pack-- way stupid design on an already hard trigger. Adding the aftermarket Geissele or Timney trigger will lighten the trigger, but the slack is still there.This pricey trigger bow is just what is needed, a solid one piece trigger -- it can work with any trigger pack, aftermarket or the stock. Since I have the Timney, this bow made the trigger into a ~5-6 lbs. single stage pull, with a super short tactile reset. Very nice, but WAY overpriced so a star deduction.The trigger blade also flatter than the stock curved trigger surface so it gives more tactile control.

Relatively easy to install, the hardest most worrysome part of the install is just getting all the guts of the gun out of the stock, just watch MAC's take down video on YouTube to fully understand it. Once installed all slack and take up is gone, as soon as you begin to squeeze the bow it's already pushing agairthe sear,this will be awesome with the sabra trigger pack.
