PA shipped the purchased items quickly as always but the USPS apparently lost the package somewhere in Texas. After a few days with no tracking activity and a lack of response from the USPS I emailed PA to see what action they could take from the shipper side. Their rep responded quickly and put a trace on the package and it arrived two days later. Great service keeps me coming back to Primary Arms!
