Very Easy to install. Worked perfectly
by Patrick Radley
This was used in my first AR build I had done in 10 years. Quality of the handguard and barrel nut were excellant. everything went together very smoothly.
Return Process was Great!

The item I ordered turned out to be not what I needed. I returned it and received a store credit with no issues!
Does the job

Excellent fit and finish. Solid install and light weight.
Nice rail for a bargain build

Is it as awesome as some force-recon-sniper-GWOT gear? Nope. But neither am I. So for my little lightweight build its a great fit. And very high quality, even if it isn't made from pure Unobtainium.
Just as good as the expensive ones... needed a little sanding inside

This is as good as any. Clean, smooth, there isnt really much to handguards. This did fit tight, so tight 2 people couldnt pull it back off, had to pry the clamp part open with a screwdriver. The nut is knurled and made rough to hold the clamp end of the guard, works too well.. I sanded the inside of the guard a bit and some of the sharpness off the nut and it went on better, still hard. But looks good, functions good, thats all its supposed to do.
Good for budget build. Don't pay full price.

Confirming the very snug fit around barrel nut. Very light. Parkerized finish is acceptable. Guage of aluminum used is noticeably thinner than other budget friendly handguards. Guess that lends to the lower weight. I am using an lpvo for this build and opting for no iron sights. Would not put frt iron sights (or lasers) on this handguard. The potential inonsistency would drive me nuts. I unfortunately pd 59.00. Could have gotten much more handguard paying an extra $20-30. Cannot return after marring the finish on the guard and nut trying to dry fit assembly. In hindsight, should have gone nbs / dirty bird. Solid performance for money.
Excellent Product

I bought this hand guard based on what I’ve seen in stores that I thought enhanced the look as well as providing more room for accessories. I was really surprised when I open the package. The finish and fit were outstanding and gave me the look and space I was seeking. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an upgrade to their AR. The people at Primary arms have given me great support and quick answers to any questions I’ve had about other products.
I’d recommend them to anyone who is not familiar with ARs and parts. I know they can provide me with the parts and the support to go with them.

5 stars for the value

Mated the hand guard to an Anderson upper. Fit and finish is nice. Had no problem installing. Does not have anti slip nor anti rotation but is very secure and does not move. I wouldn’t put this on an “end of days” “go to hell and back” project but is perfect for hunting or recreation… which is the majority. 5 stars for the value. Works as expected and bought on sale for less than $50
Great addition

Great addition to my AR “rebuild”. Budget friendly and does the job!
Very pleased

Installed on my AR, did not use a mallet. Put a flat blade screw driver in the gap on the bottom where the tighten down screws go and spread it a few thousands and it slipped right on. Also, I suppose you could heat the end with a heat gun and that might work as well.
