It allows for immediate access to medical shears held securely with a strap and the main compartment utilizes a quick-pull strap for removal of the interior contents. The main compartment flap features a side release buckle and Velcro allowing you to use both or just one and a silencing strip is sewn into the Velcro for silent operation.
