Pepper spray, or Mace, has been a great tool that folks have used for self-defense for years. Mace has innovated beyond the standard handheld can into this, the pepper gun. Loaded with a cartridge that contains seven bursts of OC pepper spray, this handy pepper gun also has a bright LED to help you both aim better, and is highly distracting to an opponent. Operating the gun is simple. When the cartridge is loaded, all you have to do is pull back the hammer, which also acts as a safety, and then pull the trigger. The pepper gun is a compelling self-defense tool for folks who think that the standard can of pepper spray just doesn’t quite do the job. This enhanced version comes with improved ergonomics. Additionally, the front half of the gun is bright orange, lessening the chances of it being mistaken for a handgun by law enforcement or others. There’s also an upgraded cross-bolt style safety that adds to the utility and safety of this self-defense tool.
