Details

The AFG-2 is a slimmer version of the original Angled Fore Grip. Shorter in overall length and width, the AFG-2 fits on a wider variety of railed handguards and offers better compatibility with rail covers and accessory mounts. Compatible with 1913 Picatinny railed handguards, the Magpul AFG-2 provides a comfortable, stable interface reducing fatigue and offering more precise weapon control. By positioning the hand high on the centerline of the bore, the AFG-2 helps mitigate recoil and improve weapon control for faster, more accurate follow-up shots.

I use this on my lighter AR and like the grip and hand stop built into one piece idea. Locks up tightly, never moves, and works as advertised.

my second AFG2 purchase (first was Black, this one is FDE to work with color breakup), a real help in positioning my grip on the forearm, always in the same location always a good lock-up to assist in proper form & stance all my AR's will have AFG2 on them, will I buy another ? YES - from Primary Arms
