Details

The Magpul PMAG 30 Gen M3 Window is a 30-round 5.56 NATO polymer magazine for AR-15/M4 compatible weapons. This magazine features a long-life USGI-SPEC stainless steel spring, four-way anti-tilt follower and constant curve internal geometry for reliable feeding. A redesigned bolt catch notch in the rear of the magazine provides increased bolt catch clearance, while an over-travel stop on the spine helps ensure the magazine will not over-insert on compatible weapons.NOTE: GEN M3 PMAGs may not be compatible with all billet lowers without slight modification of the magazine overtravel stop.

Performs as intended

Bought this for my first build, so far no issues. have put about 100 5.56 and 100 .223 through my gun using this magazine. Only complaint (Why i gave 4 stars) is the orange line that is supposed to line up with the numbers for how many rounds are loaded is not accurate. My tip is to memorize how many rounds it is until you can see them in the window (17). Or if you don't mind a bit of sharpie work, mark it yourself.

Simply the best AR mag available right now.

The gold standard for AR magazines. Period. The Marine Corp recently adopted this magazine and for good reason. It will continue to reliably feed your gun round after round without fail. Dirt, dust suppressor gas infused lube all over the feed lips has no effect on this magazine. It is impossible to over insert it while trying to pound it into a lock up on a full magazine thanks to the design preventing it from happening. This 3rd gen PMAG is as good as it gets. It’s not the cheapest mag out there but you get what you paid for.

Durable, high quality. The window works well once you know the indicator level. I use the coyote tan for 300 AAC and black for 5.56. Prevents confusion.

PMAGs are great. I use no others. The new windowed mags are now my favorite. They work perfectly all the time, without any fails, of any kind. The Coyote Tan goes great with the FDE on my rifle. My build is now complete, looks awesome and is, with no doubt, highly functional.

PMAGS are great. I have never had a problem with any pmag I have ever used. I love the windowed magazines and the coyote tan matches great with my FDE build. If undecided, always buy Magpul, you can't go wrong.
