NOTE: The TYPE 1 Kit will fit most 7.62x51 AR lower receivers but there may be a gap between the beavertail and the receiver. If present, this gap is purely aesthetic and will not affect function.
The TYPE 2 Kit uses taller backstraps for optimized fit with certain 7.62x51 receivers such as the Armalite AR-10A/B/T, DPMS LR308, KAC SR25, LaRue OBR, LMT .308 MWS, Palmetto PA10, and S&W M&P10.

It's magpul

Can't go wrong with magpul, have these grips on others but I do like that the newer ones come with a little bottle for gun lube rather than the old style that held 3 rounds of ammo.

Yet Another Magpul Part.

I have several of the earlier version when they offered the full set including the built in trigger guard. I was hoping the new series would intermix with the old but alas it won't. The newer series won't fit the older series parts if you want to mix and match but it didn't state it would. Still a great grip and is the 4th one in possession.
good grip with storage

I have this grip on all my builds, as I prefer the stiffer grip versus rubberized ones on the market. The storage in the bottom is a nice bonus, and it comes with an empty oil bottle.

Love these grips. This one arrived and it had a mini lubrication bottle in the grip plug. Also, you can purchase other variant plugs to carry spare bolts, firing pins, roll pins, etc. This is a well thought out product any AR platform user should seriously consider. Primary Arms had this out day one of ordering and had all colors in stock... Best in the business hands down.

My favorite grip, and is easy to install. I like the modularity of the back straps and the ability to change out the core for any objective you may be facing. If there is a better grip out there, I don't know what it is. Another superior Magpul product.
