The MOE AK Grip is a drop-in upgrade for AK-pattern pistol grips. Designed to improve ergonomics and improve weapon control with an aggressive trapezoidal surface projection texture. Features one-piece reinforced polymer construction and compatibility with Magpul Grip Cores for storage customization.
NOTE: Due to the wide range of tolerances of AK receivers, some custom fitting of the grip may be necessary. Grip counts as one US compliance part for 922(r).

Some Custom Fitting May Be Necessary

This was my first upgrade on my Arsenal SLR107R. The shipping was fast, got here in two days. I didn't realize I had to file down the teeth on the grip connecting to body of the AK47 to get it to fit but other than that it is great and it looks great! I would recommend but keep in mind the custom fitting *If Necessary
Magpul Quality and fit.

Fits perfect and swells in the hand better than the factory grip. Good stippling for firm grip. Hex or flathead screwdriver screw comes pre dipped with thread locker. Typical Magpul quality and counts as a USA made part for import builds.

This is okay grip. I would consider it standard as far as an upgrade for AK grips are concerned. If you're unsure about another grip then get this one.
Good grip

wrong screwI have a century arms c39v2. The screw that came with this grip did not fit. The screw it came with is a 1/4-28 1inch. The screw I needed was a M6.0x1 25mm long. Not sure if that screw size is specific to century arms or not but just beware you'll need to take a trip to Home Depot if you have a c39v2.
Great grip

easy install...Picked this up to go along with the Magpul AKM lower HG. Couldn't be happier with it. Keeps my hand placed correctly for proper trigger pull. Install went about as others have described the threadlocker makes it harder than it should be maybe knock some of it off with a wire brush for an easier install.

Difficult installThis is a nice grip but installing it was a royal pain. The slotted screw even with a large driver was not in any way easy there is a loctite patch that you have to get through and requires alot of torque which leads to striping the screw head. If I had to do it over again I would pass on this.

Perfect grip for all my AKs! Much better ergonomics compared to the Bulgarian broom handles from the factory. Just hate the slotted screw Magpul included.

But this is a nice 922r compliant part. comfortable. much prefer over other usa pistol grips I've tried.
