The Magpul Original Equipment Rifle Stock is a drop-in replacement for AR-15/M16 A1 and A2 rifle stocks using standard rifle length receiver extensions. The stock features an integral 1.25" sling loop, optional dual-side front and rear QD mounting points, replaceable anti-slip rubberized buttpad, and a large internal storage compartment.
NOTE: Rifle length receiver extension, rifle buffer, and spring required. Also requires the Magpul Sling Mount Kit type 1 for use with QD slings.

Just be aware...

While the stock has holes for QD accessories... It does not come with the steel QD cup insert installed. You must purchase that separately. It would have been nice to know that when I ordered it... I could have added those to my order and put a little more money into the PA coffers. Now I have to source them locally or place another order and pay more shipping/tax.
The stock itself seems to be of good quality although I haven't actually used it yet.
Left 3 stars because I haven't used the stock yet... And for the hassle of not knowing I needed to order the QD cup insert when I ordered the stock.
Good stock but incomplete

I do actually own one of these and it is a nice stock, but I do have a complaint with this stock as well as a few others Magpul makes. Why not sell the stock complete? I really don't like having to jump through the hoops and extra expense to obtain the push button sling swivel mounts that are not included. I would much prefer paying a little more up front for it to be complete. The stock is in between A1 and A2 length, if you have a long LOP, you'll need the extended butt pad, another thing I had to go to extra effort to get.

Bought two of these, one black for my AR 15 and one FDE for my AR 10. I have longer arms so had to install the thicker buttpad for longer length of pull. Other than that, ZERO complaints. A good, solid, good-looking, comfortable, confidence-inspiring stock.
Awesome for DMR build

I'm generally not a fan of fixed stocks for a number of reasons but on an 18" DMR-type build I decided to go with this one and it's awesome. No second thoughts whatsoever after install. It's solid, as you would expect, and just has a great feel overall. No frills, nothing to fiddle with, just rock solid. Good attachment points, storage, and fits a rifle-length extension tube. I don't know that I'd love it as much on a carbine but for my application it's perfect.
