The Magpul K2 is an AR-15 pistol grip that is designed for enhanced comfort and shooting ergonomics, thanks to its more vertical grip angle when compared to standard pistol grips. The K2 is an easy to install upgrade that instantly enhances any compatible firearm, but is especially beneficial to short length-of-pull rifles and PDWs, as it brings the shooters hand closer in to their body. This pistol grip features Magpul's Aggressive TSP texture for increased weapon control, as well as a beavertail backstrap for improved ergonomics. Additionally, compatibility with Magpul's storage core system allows shooters to easily carry a spare battery or other critical piece of gear. This ergonomic pistol grip is built in the United States of America.

NOTE: This grip will function properly with 7.62 NATO AR-10/SR25 rifles however, depending on the make of the rifle, it may leave a gap between the beavertail and the receiver. If present, this gap is purely aesthetic and will not affect function.

damn near perfect

everybody knows about grip angle and magpul quality. so i'm going to touch on some different topics. first being distance between the trigger face and back strap of the grip. on an a2 style grip or anything similar i feel the distance between these two points is way too close. this will usually cause either your finger to be too far through the guard or your finger to be bent way too much. now the k2 doesn't have adj back straps like the miad but for me it's almost dead on anyways so no big deal. and i also like the ergos better than the bcm. and for $20 you can't beat it. secondly the grip texture could've been a little more aggressive but that's just a matter of opinion. third i like having grip storage but prefer the miad's trap door over the k2. they look similar but the k2 is much harder to open in a hurry. not sure why. still going to give it 5 stars though because its the best grip I've found for my sbr. would buy again and would recommend.
