I picked up a display rifle at a LGS with one of these butstocks on it. It naturally fell into place and was the most comfortable butstock Ive ever shouldered. Im slowly replacing all of my STR/CTRs with these because they work so well for me. Like all buttstocks/grips/handguards it is personal preference, and what works for me might not work for you.

The MOE wobbles.

The CTR fixed the MOE wobble by adding a friction lever. So two levers.

The MOE SL fixed the wobble and removed the second lever.

This stock is the best of the Magpul Stocks before you get into adjustable cheek rests, and buttpads. It even has a QD mount, although that's not super handy. My novice self thought it was great but I just need an end plate with QD to move the sling up a little instead.

Still, this is solid, Primary Arms has the best price on it, and the shipping/customer service is ace, so order it if you're considering it.

I needed a replacement for the cheap standard mil spec carbine stock that I had on my AR. I wanted to go simple and not add a lot of weight. This Magpul stock fits really perfectly, no more battle rattle! I can get a much better cheek weld than my old stock allowed. And it has a couple of sling options, one being a QD socket.
I highly recommend this product. Primary Arms as usual had this on sale at an unbeatable price and it was shipped and here in two days. I buy from them a lot and you just can't beat their service.

This is a great stock. Goes on easy and fits tight. Not too big and not too small. Looks and feels good. Money well spent.

Awesome and sexy stock, but a a little stiff to adjust. Overall love it though.

I bought this stock and an ACS-L to compare them. The MOE Slim is way thinner and much easier to drop you head down behind the scope. You do not have to push your check bone into the stock to get it lined up. I really like the metal pressure tabs inside the stock that holds it firmly in place and keeps it from rattling and moving around. I bought the extended buttpad for this stock to use on my 458 Socom. It has held up perfectly and would not hesitate to purchase another one. A great buy and PA had the best prices.

I just bought a Magpul MOE Slim-Line Carbine stock and I am here to tell you I think this is the best stock ever made. It looks and feels great and is very tight but not too tight. I bought a stock from Bravo that looked a lot like it but it was loose and rattled. I have always bought Magpul and I will never stray again. PA was great as always.

Great improvement over factory stock. Rock steady and Primary Arms shipped super fast.
