M-LOK slots at the 2, 6, and 10-o'clock positions provide space for 1913 Picatinny rail sections or direct mount M-LOK accessories. Reinforced, heat-resistant polymer construction provides durability while a large front extension and lower lip protects from the hot front sight gas block assembly maximizing useable handguard length. The Magpul OD Green handguard is a great option to add a little color to your build.
NOTE: The carbine length MOE SL Handguard requires a round front handguard retaining cap and rear spring-loaded delta ring. Triangular retaining caps and are not compatible. Must be used with the A2 front sight assembly. Other gas blocks are not compatible. If present, the factory sling swivel must be removed from the A2 front sight assembly.

Nice handguard, kind of a pain to install though

Light weight handguard with heat shield, better than the stock and doesn't cost alot. It fits very snug, which is not a bad thing, but with the extended portion in the front, you have to get that right fit between the upper and lower so it would come together just right
Fit up issues with top rail gas block

My second build. First with a drop in hand guard. I didn't want to have a tower sight gas block and liked how the SL guard covered the sides. The top half would not fit. It seamed to be a slight clash with the rail on the block. The top would go in on the bottom where there was no rail. I used my dremil to grind back some of the guard and got it installed. Bearly noticeable.

Extends past the gas block to give you a little more grip area. Can be a little more tricky to install.

Fantastic fit! This is my second Magpul slim line, my first was a mid length for my rifle but this carbine length went on my 10.5" pistol. After reading the installation instructions and remembering the difficulties of my first installation this carbine hand guard went on just like a charm! What I like most of all is that there is no rattle in the fitment. It feels really good in the hand, it is a polymer, which means a lot less heat or cold felt on the hand and I can still install a flashlight holder on it. I highly recommend this product!

This fit PERFECTLY on my PSA 10.5" pistol build!!! The feel of this is GREAT!! NO RATTLING and the seams fit nice and tight.
