The Magpul PMAG 40 Gen M3 is a 40-round 5.56 NATO/.223 Remington polymer AR-15 magazine. Designed for high-volume shooting, this 40-round AR-15 magazine combines expanded capacity with reliable feeding and consistent function across a wide range of compatible firearms, including non-AR platforms. The magazine body is constructed from impact-resistant polymer, featuring a constant-curve internal geometry, anti-tilt follower, and stainless steel spring to support smooth, repeatable cycling. External features include aggressive texturing for grip, a flared floorplate for easier handling, and compatibility with tight-fit double or triple magazine pouches. Additional features like a bolt catch notch, over-travel stop, and paint pen dot matrix add utility for both maintenance and quick magazine identification. Made in the United States.

I jumped on this when I got the email they were in stock. Not that much longer than a 30 rd. I don't know I would switch to all these but it's great for 3 gun and as a main mag that lives in the case w/ rifle. I am becoming a Magpul fan. Good stuff.
