The Mission First Tactical 4 Prong Side Port Muzzle Brake for 1/2x28 threaded barrels takes advantage of a unique 4 prong/4 port design for recoil and muzzle climb management. Hot combustion gases first encounter the vertical and horizontal ports which are redirected both laterally and out of the top of the device, creating less muzzle climb and reducing felt recoil. Next, the 4 prongs of the brake direct the remaining gas forward and away from the shooter.
