The Next Level Armament NLS 22 Varmint rimfire suppressor was built around the idea that effective suppression for .22LR varmint hunting and backyard shooting does not need to come at a premium price — a slim, lightweight 3.2 oz suppressor with a 3D-printed carbon fiber modular baffle stack and a serviceable design that allows baffle stack replacement. Built for .22LR rifles and pistols threaded 1/2-28, this rimfire suppressor cycles reliably on .22LR semi-auto pistols without spring assists or special adapters.

The Next Level Armament NLS 22 Varmint is a rimfire suppressor with a hardcoat anodized aluminum threaded mount and blast chamber, a 3D-printed carbon fiber interchangeable modular baffle stack, a 1/2-28 threaded mount, measuring 1.18 inches in diameter and 6 inches in length at 3.2 oz.

The aluminum blast chamber handles the high-pressure first blast — concentrating durable material where it is needed most — while the 3D-printed carbon fiber modular baffle stack handles the remaining gas expansion in a lightweight format that contributes to the suppressor's overall 3.2 oz weight. The modular baffle stack design is serviceable: if the stack wears or is damaged, it can be replaced through Next Level Armament for $18 including shipping, with the old module returned as part of the exchange process. At 6 inches long and 1.18 inches in diameter, the NLS 22 Varmint adds minimal length and no meaningful weight to a rimfire rifle or pistol. Cycles reliably on .22LR semi-auto pistols without the need for spring assists or special adapters, making it a practical everyday suppressor for common rimfire platforms.
