The Extended Magazine Release is four times larger than a MIL-SPEC button making it easily accessible by all shapes and sizes of hands and fingers. Release the magazine without changing grip or position while contoured texturing ensures a superior grip. Machined from billet 6061 aluminum, installation is simple and compatible with both AR-15 and AR-10 lower receivers.
NOTE: May not be compatible with all KNS Precision Anti-Rotation Pins. Not recommended for use with the Magpul B.A.D. Lever or similar devices.

This mag release is going on every ar that i will ever build in my entire life time. I know its just a little piece of plastic and the stock mag releases work. This little extra distance works more than just wonders. Any type of grip you have, you can reach it.

Rifle jewelry- do we need it, no-- but it looks Better than your brothers!! It does perform just like the regular mag release, but with more surface area for your fat finger, or wearing gloves in the winter. Plus - pick a color and be a little different than the next guy! Go ahead it's ok- I give you permission--- Tacticool!!

My hands are of average size so I don't really have a problem reaching the standard magazine release button. However, on the day I last qualified with my rifle, the temperature was quite cold and my hands became numb. Having the additional surface space made magazine changes much easier than they would have been without this upgrade. Easy installation.

I was a it worried ordering this as it is for a Knights Arms rifle that has a slightly different lower than mill spec but it fit wonderfully. The button is very secure, wonderfully made and the color matches my rifle perfectly. Because of its downward angle, this mag release is well clear of my finger when I am maneuvering with the rifle and makes for an easy reach for mag changes. Bottom line, no complaints at all and I consider this a must have for all my rifles moving forward.
