Sloppy fit

Sloppy. This thing is all over the place. I think the point is for it to be an "extended release" but its so loose that pressing the extension part dosent eject the magazine. You still have to push the standard mag piece that the screws attach to. My first regrettable purchase with my builds. The design and construction feel and look good, but function is lacking.

Easy to install, works extremely well. Great for smaller hands or when wearing gloves. Very durable and no issues. Loctite or similar recommended for permanent installation.

The bad reviews are right. Sloppy. Just terrible. I removed it at once. It stands out so proud from the frame that it looks ludicrous, number one, and number two, it's so loose and sloppy it is liable to mark the lower it moves so much. Couldn't believe this was an Odin part. Supposedly high quality. Will never purchase Odin again. Only giving it one star because the quality is good--but the fit is lousy. Didn't Odon bother to check out this part in situ?

I could move it up and down from the button itself not fitting in the hole couldn't stand it took it off after 1 minute of putting it on
Sloppy Odin Works XMR Extended Mag Release

I purchased two of these devices. Upon installation on my Bushmaster milspec lower I found the Odin Works magazine release button to be smaller in all dimensionsthan the milspec button it replaced. In turn this Odin Works mag button leads to the paddle being sloppy loose. Quite disappointing. Now why couldn't Odin Works maintain the milspec standard ? Instead they provided a device that fails to provide a solid platform.

I must have got a defective one because the hole is too large and doesnt screw into the mag release post. It is as if it was drilled one size too big. This is the first product from Odin works I have purchased and hate to say it turned out as poorly as possible.

Installs easy (watch out for extended/oversize bolt releases, I had to remove mine to get enough clearance).Wiggles after install, this is normal to avoid getting pinched or stuck in the mag release channel.

Wow, I rarely get to say that I enjoy doing business with an on line company. They almost always fall short. Not Primary Arms! Incredible service, Incredibly quick turn around, Just wonderful people to do business with! When I first put this on I thought the looseness would be a big detractor, it only seems to be weird when you aren't releasing from a firing position. When shouldered or barrel down, the button is right where my stubby digit needs it to be, presses and mag drops are clean. Shipping time was as expected no hiccups good transaction, will be buying from again.
