Details

The Primary Arms Tall Flip to Side Magnifier Mount with Thumb Screw mount is perfect for placing a magnifier behind all 7mm raised base EOTechs and other high mounted red dots. Once your magnifier is installed in the 30mm ring, simply pulling the magnifier to the rear unlocks the mount, allowing you to instantly choose between centerline and off-centerline positions. This mount places the center of the magnifier 1.75 inches above the top of the 1913 Picatinny rail. This magnifier will ONLY line up with raised base optics! 30mm red dots, Micro dots, and other scopes in their standard mounts will not align with this unit. This tough mount features a lifetime warranty.

So close

The mount does what it is supposed to. On the M&P 15-22 it stays in place all day long and is rock solid. On my Colt 6920 it stays in place, but after 200 rounds it is definitely backing off and doing a wobble (a few seconds to tighten up). This may be me just not tightening it enough but I think not. Knowing the limitation and the price point, I would still rate this a strong buy.

the mount hugs my picatinny rail awkwardly. doesn't appear to be a good connection. not sure if it's typical or defective.

Great Mount, Great Price.

This mount is solid and locks in place with no doubts on movement. Sometimes it will stick in place and you have to play with it, but Im sure that will get better as it wears in. With the alternatitives being 3x this, I cant complain.

Half junk

Upper half is nicely machined. Bottom have is cast junk that has all the wrong clamping angles. Ordered new and bottom half appears spray painted and flaking. Requires so much torque to hold it damages rail. Maxes out leftward optic adjustment and will not center to eotech 512. Save $70ish more and go to larue or adm.
