The SLx 3x MicroMagnifier with ACSS Pegasus reticle is an exciting approach at optical magnifiers, combining high-clarity 3x magnification with a miniaturized body and a built-in ranging reticle. Weighing only 5.3 oz, the SLx 3x MicroMagnifier is a miniaturized, lightweight magnifier that extends the effective range of a red dot sight or 1x prism scope. The real deal

This thing is amazing. I use this with my EXPS3-4 with the BDC. Before, I never had a way to range targets. Eye relief, construction, glass quality design are all superb. Bought this with the new SLx Flip-To-Side Magnifier Mount. Stop wasting your time, and buy it all ready. You wont regret it.
First Magnifier

Mounting was easy. I got the Primary Arms SLx Rotary Knob 25mm Microdot with ACSS-CQB Red Dot Reticle first and using the Magnifier with it makes using the BDC feature in the reticle much easier. The swing away mount works well and I've had zero problems with the magnifier staying in place or staying out of the way.

This is a great little piece of kit to add. I use it with my EXPS3-0 and it does a good job of helping me with shot placement.
Would like to know what size of scopecoat to use though.
The First Magnifier I Actually Liked.

Sleek, simple, tiny, compact, and the reticle works great! The unit is incredibly compact. The glass quality is great and works as a pocket monocular just as well as an optics magnifier. What is really unique about this set up is the ACSS Pegasus reticle that features quick stadiametric ranging brackets. Unlike a LASER rangefinder, this thing requires no batteries as the reticle is etched in the glass plus you can range through thicket, branches, grass etc. as long as you can see the object behind it. Also does not project energy if being used against the near-peer adversary.

I had the PA 3rd gen LER 3x magnifier on a larue 755 mount with an Eotech Exps and eventually got rid of the magnifier setup simply because the weight felt cumbersome...but this thing is lightweight and crystal clear...and the new PA flip to side mount, dare I say, it confidently flips and locks in place just like the larue mount did. It's great to have a magnifier setup again without the bulk.
Incredible value and crystal clear

I bought this to go with another ACSS scope and it works VERY well. Ranges were spot on with several types of ammunition and makes estimating man-sized targets simple, without the need for a rangefinder. Pair it with a PA flip-to-the-side mount and your red dot or prism scope is ready for action! Highly recommended!

I purchased this and the upgraded mount without the pushbutton release. And perfection this magnifier is amazing. The glass is crystal clear. The ranging reticle is awesome and very simple to center. It's light and still feels like it built like a tank. Thanks again primary arms for best values in optics.

Thos is a very nice magnifier. Get the 1.41 flip to side to go with it to a bunch of adjustments options
It works well with the MD-25 acss red dot I am very pleased.
