This Primary Arms MicroPrism is part of the SLx optics line. SLx optics have built a reputation for innovation, reliability, and value. All SLx optics undergo rigorous field-testing during development to best serve you in any environment.

The SLx 3x MicroPrism is an all-new advanced optical system that combines the compact, lightweight size of a microdot with the durability and precision of a 3x magnified optic. The SLx 3x MicroPrism offers 13 illumination settings with AutoLive® motion-sensing on/off technology and multiple night vision compatibility options.

Weighing under 8oz, the SLx 3x MicroPrism is smaller and lighter than many red dot sights and features crystal-clear glass with 3x magnification for improved precision at distance. Even in close-quarters, the optic’s wide field-of-view and forgiving eye relief make it easy to snap on target.

Because the SLx 3x MicroPrism uses an etched reticle with adjustable diopter, the user will always have a clear, crisp reticle image, even if they have severe astigmatism. When set to max illumination, the MicroPrism reticle is fully daylight bright. For low-light, this optic offers 3 different NV-compatible settings, accommodating any ambient light level. Paired with the AutoLive® motion-sensing illumination technology, this optic provides an exceptionally long runtime at any brightness setting.

This package also includes the new ruggedized mounting system with industry standard mini-prism footprint, guaranteeing reliability and zero retention through heavy use and adverse conditions. Out of the box, this mount can be set for 8 different mounting heights and configurations, ensuring compatibility with any rifle system.

Second to None Microprism

by -

This is a perfect optics for a light AR. Eye relief is excellent and very clear optics. Easy to engage and don't have to worry about the low battery usage due to its ACSS Raptor reticle. I bought two of these for my another AR built. BTW, it looks pretty cool as well. Highly recommend.

Wow, Primary Arms really got it right with this one!

This is Primary Arms Optic number 3 for me, but will definitely not the last!

I got this optic for a lighter weight, simplified build. Got tired of dealing with heavy rifles and playing around with LPVO's, so this became the obvious choice. I was a bit skeptical about the fixed 3x magnification, but after zeroing it this afternoon I didn't have any issues taking shots at 100 and 150 yards, ran out of daylight to try any longer distances. However, I don't think I'll have any issues making hits out to 300–400 yards.

I know this is a "budget" priced optic, but I'm pretty impressed, the glass is really clear. The reticle is sharp and informative without being cluttered like so many optics are. Oh, and speaking of the reticle, the illumination is very bright on the maximum setting, much brighter than my LPVO and gen 1 Cyclops prism. I would say it's daylight bright, I actually ended up dropping it down to the 9th or the 10th setting to use during the day.

3rd purchase

Have 2 same for 7.62x39 takes getting used to recticul once you get the hang of it they are very accurate and great quality optics !!

Near perfect

by -

Really like this sight seems high quality and performs as such. If I had to complain it would be wishing the objective lense was a touch bigger for an easier time getting a clear sight picture.

Clear and Light

by -

Its what I had hoped for. I love this optic. Very clear, very bright, and keeps the weapon light. Excellent!

Quality

I bought this for a 308 SBR I'm building.. the design, build and glass quality are awesome..

Solid Acog alternative

by

Took it out to zero today. Turrets are a little mushy but the glass is wonderfully clear, and the reticle is super intuitive. I'm used to an acog so I went for the micro prism as a cheaper and lighter alternative. Like an acog, the eye relief is kinda meh, but it comes with plenty of mounting options. So far in very pleased with it. Connecting with steel at 500 yards was no problem.
Better eye relief would make it 5 out of 5

Just buy it

Amazing product! As capable as the iconic ACOG for one third the price.
