black rain 3.5 lb trigger
by John Stiles
awesome feel. crisp pull. Shorterb than average reset. Best trigger I have ever had in any AR platform
Loose trigger
by Bruce Dickinson
Drop in trigger performs great but it has a design flaw. The set screws do not stay tight and the trigger becomes loose after firng one magazine. I had to buy a different screw setup that is on the side of the magazine well. Works great now.
BRO DIT
by John R
Fast shipping on a excellent trigger. Primary Arms is my new "go to" site for AR/300 blkout items.
Great
by Custom Defense Firearms LLC
I love the trigger. I have used many in my time including but not limited to; CMC 3.5 Flat & Curved, Hiperfire 24C at 2-2.5, JP, etc. This trigger is now going in my next build.
Good bit of kit
by Matthew Kodadek
Love the trigger. Easy installation, nice with just a hint of take-up and a clean break, it was a great upgrade to my AR and when I do my next build the BRO DIT will be on the short list of must haves.
We'll Have To See
by John Hinrichs
The rifle this trigger is in hasn't been finished, but I assembled the lower and installed the Black Rain trigger. I narrowed the choice of triggers down to Black Rain or Timney. I feel like I'd rather have ordered a Timney. The way the Black Rain installs seams insecure. I added a KNS Trigger Pin kit to keep it in place rather than the set screws Black Rain feels are sufficient. Also, there is a lot of creep in the initial trigger take up, but is reduced greatly on the second pull because of the short reset. Black Rain claims a 3.5# pull but my digital trigger gauge is finding 5.25#-6.5#. All that being said, it's blue so that's cool. If you enjoy tinkering & trying to improve things that are supposed to be awesome out of the package you'll love this trigger. Next time I'll buy another $120 two stage Rock River trigger, they're great for the price. Primary Arms is super consistent with lightening fast shipping, they never disappoint. Good job Primary Arms!
excellent trigger group!
by Jeff
This is a great trigger group. Very high quality. Nice crisp break. No travel. Install was quick it just drops right in.
"BRO-DIT" Is Outstanding!!!!
by Shipdaddydollars
This "BRO" Drop-in Trigger is outstanding! It has a new upgraded trigger bow. (Which is more of a FLAT bow, noticeably more than the previous BRO-DIT versions.) This BRO-DIT has literally no creep & a crisp break. This single stage BRO-DIT breaks around 3-3.5lbs. (I would recommend .154 KNS Anti-Walk Pins!)
I would recommend this "BRO-DIT" to anyone from novice to precision marksmen. Providing that you are looking for an outstanding AR platform trigger upgrade that has an extremely easy drop-in installation, single stage, non-adjustable, 3.5lb trigger pull & has literally no take up/creep along with a glass rod break.
(It's definitely an AR-Platform top 5 trigger! I would put it up there with: RISE Armaments RA-535 DIT, Any CMC triggers & the Elftmann Match/3-gun trigger without having to manipulate any set screws during installation.)
Double fires
by Bryan
I've had this trigger for about a year now. It is a good trigger inasmuch as it is crisp clean breaking with no pre travel etc. However mine has been consistently double firing. I cannot tell if it's a matter of trigger reset that is too short but this trigger will drop a second time almost every time.
Love my BRO triggers
by JJ
I love these BRO drop ins. They have a light crisp break and an incredibly short reset. As soon as your trigger finger relaxes after the shot it resets and is ready for the next. It is an extremely fast shooting trigger great for speed competitions (ie 3 gun).
