This 5.56 bolt carrier group comes with all the features you want in a reliable and long-lasting bolt carrier group including a Melonite finish. This type of finish goes through a process that physically changes the surface of the steel, increasing the hardness and overall lubricity. This leads to a long service life and less amount of time required to clean. The extremely smooth finish makes cleaning dirt and carbon much easier.

Perfect
by Nicholas -
Built my first ar in .300 blackout paired with anderson upper staking on the gas key is perfect several hundred rounds including a box of subsonic, 0 malfunctions. I'm kinda new to the ar scene so I can't attest to different coatings however this melonite is crazy slippery and insanely easy to clean it resists dirt like you wouldn't believe I will be buying another for a second build soon

Does what it's supposed to

I have this BCG on a 16" mid-length 5.56. I've shot about 1000 rounds with no malfunctions. Hard to beat this for the price point.
Just do it
by Jeff
I've have mine for 2-3 years now and have put it through multiple uppers and thousands of rounds. Good to see it's still at the same price as it was when I got it. The finish is showing some wear but it's still there and it's had a lot of use. I use 5 steel weights for a rifle length buffer and a non adjustable gas block on a 24" rifle length gas system barreled upper and it'll cycle steel case .223. I have 2 dlc coated carriers that couldn't do that, all bcg's were lubed. If you want something gucci then there's nothing wrong with that, if you want something that will work for a good price look no further.
Perfect mate with my RF 300 blk upper!

I love the melonite coating on this BCG. It slide very smooth just like my high dollars Fail Zero with the EXO coating for about half of the price. Works flawlessly with my RF upper receiver.
Perfect BCG

Got it on sale and it functioned flawlessly. Wouldn’t hesitate on purchasing again for another build. I definitely recommend.
Can't beat the value
by Jeff
I bought one of these a few years ago and several thousands of rounds ago. It all still looks good and is showing minor wear. Cam pin obviously has wear and the contacts on the carrier are showing wear. Don't spend the extra money on one of these companies that stamp a logo on a phosphate carrier and charge more. The army went to manganese phosphate not because it was better but because it was cheaper, save some money and try one of these. I'm pretty sure you'll get one, then try a new one and just go back to ol' reliable.
Pretty standard

I gave it 5 stars because for what it is and what it costs you cannot beat it. The finish is non pourous so it easily wipes off compared to phosphate, maganese, or parkerized type finishes on a bcg. I am not qualified to speak on it other than it wipes clean and runs well.
