Slate Black Industries 2-Slot M-LOK Slate Panels - Black

These turned out perfect! Just what I was looking for. I much prefer this bolt on style over the malleable clip in style. Plastic still doesn't like heat and when the snap in style gets too hot they start to warp where these will not do that. Even after heating up they stay straight because they're BOLTED in! A+ on design and good texture.

The mounting hardware is made of steel, but seems to be machined poorly since there were a few dents in the locking nuts. Luckily only one nut was either affected by the dent, or the threads were poorly machined. Good thing I ordered 2 packs. Otherwise they look great.

I installed these on two AR's this past week and so far I am pleased. They are well made, lock in tight, have pretty good texture, and look great. After one trip the range they held firm and did a good job of blocking the heat from the barrel. Installation was a bit tedious because of how the panels are packaged, but not enough to reduce my rating.

Panels are very nice for the money and better value than the super expensive options and way better than the snap in ones

I purchased a set of the M-LOK Slate Panels to use on my FM AR9 Pistol along with the Magpul a M-LOK AFG Angled Foregrip. A nice combo for my big hands to help make the compact AR9 comfortable to shoot. I only needed two because of the Angled foregrip filled the space on the bottom.

Happy with my purchase. Great handguard option. Think of them as less expensive rail scales

These are the only rail covers I’ll buy now. They’re comfortable & the mounting hardware keeps them extremely secure. You can stipple them if you want to. They’ll hold up for you much more long term than the plastic clip-in style covers. & if you’ve got a particularly slim handguard, The 2 slot size will fit around your gas block beautifully.

These mlok rail panels are definitely quality very sturdy and solid once mounted on .grip texture is very comfortable and easy on the hand I will be buying more in the future.

This is my fifth set of the Slate Black Industries MLOK rail panels and I have to say that they are one of the best enhancements that you can add to an MLOK rail. They have great traction for your hands whether gloved or bare, and they don't make the rail feel chunky or oversized. They also do a good job of protecting a bare hand from heat during a cadence of fire. Thanks PA for keeping these in your inventory.

First time ever purchasing Slate Black products. I am pleased with these rail covers . Well made however the thinness of the material does not lend well to mag dumps or prolonged shooting without a descent break between magazines. Normally I would have just gone with names that were more known in the industry. Overall I am pleased with this product.
