Nothing like other handguard covers I've used before but look better than the push in type. Not as nice as the ones that support cable management but overall decent.

Adds a little buffer from handguard heat on my little piston gun, without being overpriced or overcomplicated. Will buy again soon

While the work, and take up 2 MLOK slots, and they appear to be able to stave off the heat some. The provided hardware is way too long. Needed some grinding down to prevent the bolts from coming into contact with the barrel. This wasn't a heavy barrel either, standard military profile for the AR-15.

So if you are OK spending about 20 minutes pulling material off the hardware, these will work otherwise, I suggest going for a better quality product.

Perfect companion for your handguard. Pair well with any vertical grip or hand stop. Locked up solid, but I did have to cut the m-lok screws that landed by the gas block, (dremil cut of tool made quick work of that). I have these installed on two rifles now and they have yet to come loose.

First time ever purchasing Slate Black products. I am pleased with these rail covers . Well made however the thinness of the material does not lend well to mag dumps or prolonged shooting without a descent break between magazines. Normally I would have just gone with names that were more known in the industry. Overall I am pleased with this product.

This is my fifth set of the Slate Black Industries MLOK rail panels and I have to say that they are one of the best enhancements that you can add to an MLOK rail. They have great traction for your hands whether gloved or bare, and they don't make the rail feel chunky or oversized. They also do a good job of protecting a bare hand from heat during a cadence of fire. Thanks PA for keeping these in your inventory.

These mlok rail panels are definitely quality very sturdy and solid once mounted on .grip texture is very comfortable and easy on the hand I will be buying more in the future.

These are the only rail covers I’ll buy now. They’re comfortable & the mounting hardware keeps them extremely secure. You can stipple them if you want to. They’ll hold up for you much more long term than the plastic clip-in style covers. & if you’ve got a particularly slim handguard, The 2 slot size will fit around your gas block beautifully.

Happy with my purchase. Great handguard option. Think of them as less expensive rail scales
