This full-size service pistol features a 4.25” barrel that will accurately deliver the M&P 9 2.0’s 17+1 rounds of 9mm. Both the barrel and slide are stainless steel, protected from corrosion with Smith and Wesson’s Armornite finish. Due to the polymer frame, this full sized 9mm pistol only weighs 24.7 ounces. The frame is molded in flat dark earth, matching the slide’s color. This version deletes the thumb safety, relying on the passive firing pin drop safety and articulated trigger safety for protection from accidental discharge.The high grip and low barrel bore axis combine to soak up felt recoil and bring the M&P 9 2.0’s Truglo TFX sights back on target quickly. The TFX sights combine the brightness of fiber optic sights with tritium inserts for great visibility even in low-light or no-light situations. Recoil feels like a soft push back, rather than a hard slap upwards.
