Details

The Sons of Liberty Gun Works AR-15 lower parts kit comes with almost everything you need to finish building your lower receiver. Also known as the blaster starter kit, the only components missing are the grip and trigger group. Every component in this kit is made to exceed Mil-Spec to ensure ultimate reliability in your AR. The SOLGW bolt catch and spring are cast from AISI 8620 per USGI TDP while the KNS Precision Machine safety and takedown pivot detents are made from hardened stainless steel. Even the magazine release is made from steel as opposed to the commonly used aluminum. High quality materials are what set this LPK apart from the rest. This lower parts kit without trigger or grip is a great way to finish that lower receiver on your workbench and eventually your full rifle.

Missing buffer stop spring, mag catch cants with lower. Quality under average compared to other LPKs. All pieces cheaply packed in small plastic bag. Will not buy again

Nice fit and finish for all the parts, I take off a star however cause mine was missing the buffer retainer. Primary Arms was quick to mail me one so all good. Top notch customer service.

Bought six of these. Five of the six Mag catches were uneven and to thick to fit in the receiver. Poor quality control.

Best No Frills Mil-Spec LPK Available

The Sons Of Liberty Gun Works "Blaster" LPK starter kit is what I believe to be the highest quality kit available under $100. The fit and finish as well as the quality of the materials used are vastly superior to most others. You can do a little better of course, but it will cost you dearly. It's more of a goochie trademark feel good upgrade than a functional one. Buy with 100& confidence because these fit and function perfectly. These are all my buddies and I use in our mid/high-end builds. Buy more than you need because your friends will want to change theirs to these when they see yours. They remind me of old school Colt/FNH quality used in a no BS all business rifle. We love them and so will you!

The LPK comes in 1 crappy ziplock bag, but the parts are high quality and my kit came with every piece required.

I purchased six of these kits. Four of the Bolt Catches were out of spec and were too thick to fit in the receiver. I tried them all in four different lowers and they wouldn't fit any of them. Other brands fit with no problems.
