The Sons of Liberty Gun Works Blaster Starter Kit is the Blaster Guts lower parts kit without the grip and trigger group, letting builders add their own.
Kit Includes:
- Safety selector, with KNS stainless detent and spring
- Magazine catch, button, and spring
- Bolt catch, buffer, and spring
- Takedown and pivot pins, with springs (2) and KNS stainless detents (2)
- Buffer retainer pin and spring

Solid parts!

I have used two of these kits now both have been top notch. Finished well and very clean machining. Installed without issue. One of the kits i received did not include a bolt stop plunger spring but i keep a small parts kit around so no issue. Will purchase for future builds.
good stuff

I was a little worried I'd end up like everyone else and get a set missing pieces. That wasn't the case. I got everything I was supposed to. They're quality milspec style parts. It's a little difficult to get the takedown/pivot detents out of the bag since they're coated in CLP, they stick in the folds of the bottom of the bag.

Missing pieces

Nice kit but did not come with takedown pin detents. Parts fit well and seem well made. Safety lever is slick and positive. Just didn’t expect to have to buy another kit to replace what was missing.
Great LPK

Purchased this LPK to go on a 12.3 inch pistol build that I put together. As of now I've had this pistol for a few years and it's seen just over 1,000 rounds. Everything has worked flawlessly. I definitely would purchase again.

This is a great way to grab extra small parts. Alot of the ones I've ordered have came with extra springs or detents.
The grease it's coated in is a pain to clean off however

Kit has everything needed. All parts were in spec. I feel the price on these could be bit cheaper but not too unreasonable compared to other "top" brand LPK's. Overall satisfied.
Good quality but missing parts

Bought this kit and once I separated all the parts out of the baggie they were mixed in I found that I was missing the bolt catch roll pin, the buffer detent spring but I had an extra pivot detent. Good thing I had an oops kit handy. I should have stuck with WOA, Aero or CMMG instead. Buy with caution. The parts that WERE in the bag was of good quality though.

Poor quality control

I purchased six of these kits. Four of the Bolt Catches were out of spec and were too thick to fit in the receiver. I tried them all in four different lowers and they wouldn't fit any of them. Other brands fit with no problems.
