The only one I can compare it to is one by GG&G. It is beefier than the GG&G but easier to release. That may be a plus or a minus. Depends how you look at it. But I am satisfied with the Spike's Swivel. I don't like having to use something beside my finger to release the swivel, like I do with the swivel from GG&G.

I usually use the QD sling swivels from MI, but the Spikes was at such a good price at Primary Arms, I decided to give it a try. I am glad I did. I would definitely buy more of these in the future.
