This knife includes Spyderco’s trademarked Round Hole for a smooth, ambidextrous open and fumble-free design, and the thumb-slot opener gives the user easy one-handed opening. The full-flat grind combines with a plain cutting edge, making it an ideal combination of cutting performance, utility, and edge geometry. The edge extends the entire length of the blade without the inclusion of an index-finger choil, which adds to overall performance by maximizing cutting edge and follow-through at the heel of the blade, while the clip point blade supports everything from skinning fish to cleaning game. The skeletonized steel liners are tucked into the textured G-10 handle which adds both rigidity and strength without adding unnecessary material. Inside the steel liners the Liner lock incorporates a high-strength mechanism that holds the blade securely during use, and still allows it to be opened and closed easily with one hand. At 9.5 inches long in overall length, this knife is big enough to perform in tough jobs and smooth enough to be easy to use. A lanyard hole is also included for additional versatile carry options.
