Details

When faced with a no-light or low-light situation, the Streamlight TLR-8 SubCompact Weapon Light With Red Laser is there to help. This compact, rail-mounted weapon light adds a white LED and red laser to your GLOCK 43X or 48 MOS model handgun. The TLR-8 produces 500 lumens of light powered by the included CR123A lithium battery for a runtime of 1.5 hours. It uses a rail grip clamp that secures the light to your weapon without needing to put your hands in front of the muzzle. Ambidextrous rear paddle switches offer customization to suit any shooting style. Built for long service life, the TLR-8 is IPX4 water-resistant with aircraft aluminum construction and a durable anodized finish.

Great light and laser combo for self defense pistols

Only fits the G43X / G48 MOS version slimline pistols. You can buy a picatinny rail adapter otherwise. The light is powerful enough for home (beam is good, not too narrowly focused). The laser shows up in the center of the flashlight beam, making it quick to locate. The laser adjustments are precise. I've used the laser out to 25 yards indoors and 15 yards outdoors. Recoil causes the on/off buttons to hit my forward hand thumb, negating realistic momentary on/off use. It also prevents the use of aftermarket triggerguard covers. Overall I would recommend this.
