The Streamlight TLR RM 2 Compact Rail Mount Light is a durable and compact light source for all tactical situations or survival. It boasts a low profile and features an ergonomic push button provide peace of mind, knowing your light will always activate. It features a durable aircraft aluminum construction with a black anodized finish making it lightweight and durable. This flashlight is designed to withstand all conditions with IP-X7 waterproof rating and its impact and chemical resistant engineering. The 1000 lumen light is powered by 2 CR123 batteries. The Streamlight is a highly operational tactical light with high temperature, shock mounted, impact resistant Borofloat glass and a multi-function, push button tactical tail switch. Quick press for constant on operation and press and hold for momentary operation. Double tap either switch within 1/4-second activates strobe.

Excellent value and durability

I have great experience with Streamlight weapon lights.I have a TLR RM2 on my 8.5” AR-15 pistol build and a TLR RM2 w/laser on my 10.5” AR-15 pistol build.they have all held up and work great..as far as I’m concerned,there TLR RM2 is the absolute light for a AR pistol build.I have mine mounted right up from my angled foregrip where I can easily and comfortably operate the button on the light without the need of a pressure pad.I have no issue with pressure pads but the way I see it,if you can operate without the pads you are better off as the tail cap is less likely to malfunction.this is absolutely perfect for the AR pistol platform..it would be good for a carbine or rifle build as well.the light is very bright and is about a perfect combination of focused beam with just enough spill to still see what is around you..the only thing I would change with this light would be to make it Mlok compatible instead of the 1913 pic rail but that certainly isn’t a deal breaker for me
