Small improvements over the wedge , the tail cap button is cool, I wish it had a move positive “click”. Battery lasts forever just like the regular wedge . Size is good and it’s really bright just like for old one.i use the regular wedge on shift now and this one for EDC. Also, I’ve been through TSA and over seas a few times with it no problems. It’s worth it, especially if you get it on sale.

I use to carry a streamlight pen light for years in my EDC. I saw several companies release a similar flashlight, Olight, Nitecore, etc. I chose streamlight due to me owning several other streamlight products. I'm in law enforcement and depend on my equipment to be reliable. The wedge xt's pocket clip is strong.
