Details
The Strike Industries Strike Rail AR-15 Handguard delivers a lightweight, feature-rich M-LOK rail for shooters who want airflow and accessory space without unnecessary weight. Built for AR-15 builders who want a clean, functional rail, this free float handguard delivers Picatinny mounting where it counts and open M-LOK space everywhere else.
- Picatinny sections at the front and rear of the 12 o'clock rail
- Center Picatinny removed to save weight
- M-LOK mounting at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock
- Ambidextrous QD socket placement
- Built-in anti-rotation feature
- Aluminum barrel nut and bolt included
- 1.57" internal diameter for suppressor compatibility
The Strike Rail places Picatinny rail sections only at the forward and rear positions along the top of the handguard, leaving the center open for weight savings while still providing mounting space for sights and accessories. M-LOK slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions add mounting options for lights, grips, and other gear while improving airflow to help keep the barrel cool during extended firing. A built-in anti-rotation feature and ambidextrous QD sockets round out the mounting hardware, and the rail ships with its aluminum barrel nut and bolt included. This 15.5" handguard is finished in black. Because of the anodizing process used, color may vary slightly from batch to batch.
Strike Industries designs AR-15 and Glock parts and accessories for shooters who want to customize both the function and look of their firearms. Their broad lineup of colors and finishes makes it easy to build a rifle that performs and looks exactly the way you want.

Love it

It’s great! Has exactly the look I wanted. Finish is excellent. I had to Dremel out some material on the end and paint to get a YHM fat cat to tuck. It’s supposed to be “suppressor compatible” but at least for a fat cat it needs some custom work. I don’t hold it against it though unless a lot of suppressors don’t fit but I can’t speak to that.
Really good so far.

I wanted to build a 16 inch 300blk upper and stumbled across this 15.5 inch strike rail. I was immediately impressed by its looks and how deceptively light it felt.
Once attached the handguard felt great. It's a medium size diameter and feels very comfortable in the hand, very solid, and stable.
My only complaint has to do with the barrel nut. It seems too thick. I have a pistol length gas system and had to put some downward pressure on the tube to get it to fit. I've never had to do this with other barrel nuts. I'm using an expo arms gas tube, which I've used in the past on other uppers without issue. I haven't had any reliability issues yet but I don't know about the long term.

I bought this rail when it was full price and despite the fact that it went on sale two days later I was still very happy with my purchase. The rail arrived with a small defect (very small, purely cosmetic) and the guys at Primary Arms worked very well with me. The offered a return, a replacement, or a discount on my next purchase. I chose the discount for my next purchase and I grabbed a comp. The service department is top notch, and the prices on many things here are the best you can find on the internet.
