The description says that it has "scalloped cuts that decrease friction with tight fitting stocks". A better description would be that it has inadequate material to properly support any stock. The scallop on the top of the tube is centered on the front edge of the stock when the stock is in the rearmost position, so at the point where it needs the most support, it has the least, not that it's well-supported at any point, given the full-length 45° chamfers on both sides. I test-fitted three different mil-spec M4 stocks, B5 SOPMOD, cheapo knock-off SOPMOD, B5 Bravo, Magpul MOE, and SBA3 pistol brace, and they were all ridiculously loose, but they all fit nicely on a $20 no-name mil-spec tube. The SBA3 was the absolute worst, and it is what I had intended to use the tube with. I will be returning this for refund...
Nice buffer tube

Strong, well built. Good anodizing inside and out. I especially like the receiver extension as it supports the BCG earlier and protects the lower receiver threads. Dark FDE color as shown in the description pic.
