Great looking product, but a fail

I love that this is metal (aluminum) over their typical plastic polymer stuff SI likes to do. And while the craftsmanship and overall look is superb, it is a fail. This magazine failed first time by the follower staying at the bottom when compressed with ammo. The spring catches at the bottom.
I tried to disassemble and reassemble it but it happend again. I got in contact with SI and they stated that they wouldn't replace it as its a flaw on all of them, which makes me question why they haven't pulled these back off websites to fix them.
This product is absolute garbage

I purchased this and I cannot get the +5 like it’s intended for. It gets stuck at the bottom and now I ruined a Glock mag because I can’t get this trash product off my mag and I won’t use something that isn’t trust worthy as my life could depend on it. Do not buy!!!
