Have you ever wanted an ambidextrous magazine release but don’t want to send hundreds of dollars on a billet receiver filled with proprietary parts? With the Strike Industries Ambi Magazine Release, you don’t need to. This drop-in ambidextrous AR-15 magazine release drops into any receiver that can accept Mil-Spec parts and allows you to drop a mag from any position. The left side button features a low profile textured button that prevents accidental activation but is still easy to reach. Comes with a Strike industries flat dark earth anodized enhanced magazine button and spring.

Note: ASC and Stag Arms GI Magazines are not compatible

Nice idea but doesn’t work

It seems well made, the colors and finished product are nice. The problem is that if you tighten it all the way, the catch won’t line up. So you have to loosen it to get the catch to line up and fit in the groove. This makes it feel loose and slightly scrap the bottom lip of the catch slot on the right side of the lower. I need Ambi and wanted FDE so I’ll live with it for now but I would go with a different brand

Nice design but weak retention

I was trying to make a strike industries build but the retention on these for my surefeed metal ar15 magazines are too weak and the magazines will not stay. Works well with magpul pmags but I just swapped it out to another not worth your time.
