This kit comes with a tungsten buffer weight and flat-wire buffer recoil spring for improved reliability and service life. The buffer tube features an anti-rotation tab that locks into place over the buffer retaining plunger, and the slick profile is compatible with the Strike Industries Viper.

Looks amazing and works perfect

Very nice, its short and sweet. The function of the buffer works perfect in my 7.5" .556 and its appearance and finish is smooth, perfect, and looks amazing. And the QD mount tops it off to be PERFECT. Everyone that see it and shoots it loves it and wants one.

Awesome sauce. I found I prefer my cheek as a third point of contact. This 5 inchish length is just right for how I run an AR pistol. Looks great, installs great, and the QD point on the rear is perfect for sling resistance when pushing out. Get it, or don't, I did, and love it. Cheers.
Compact - Great for AR9!

I purchased this for a dedicated AR9 build and it look and works great on my compact AR9 pistol build. Mil Spec pistol braces fit!
Strike Industries has quality products and this one is no exception. Only gotcha is it does not include the end plate or castle nut so if you are doing a new build make sure to buy those!
