Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in black hardcoat anodizing, the Gridlok Complete handguard offers a slim, streamlined profile with a 1.6-inch internal diameter, providing clearance for most muzzle brakes, blast diffusers, and suppressors. The front rail segment includes an integrated sight that folds down out of the way when not needed, while the rear segment uses a quick-detach system that mates to the proprietary 7250 aluminum barrel nut. The Strike Industries RailLok system allows Picatinny rail sections to be added anywhere along the handguard body, and M-LOK compatibility rounds out the mounting options for lights, grips, and other accessories. This 15" length weighs 17.96 ounces.

Beautiful rail, high quality

I took a chance on this rail because there's not much information on the web about it other than the manufacturer's biased advertising. It's an amazing piece of hardware that's easy on the eyes as well. Simple install but make sure you tighten down the odd bolts on either side of the quick release lever. There's a small key tool in the box for this purpose. There's no instructions so i had no idea what it was at first which lead to frustration after install and the rail was wobbly. It took me two whole days until it finally clicked what it was for. Don't regret this purchase one bit.
