The Strike Industries LITE Slide for Glock 19 Gen 3 is truly a performance and aesthetic upgrade or a great choice for a new custom build. It is machined from billet 17-4 stainless steel to ensure increased consistency in barrel lockup, resulting in match-grade accuracy. The LITE Slide weighs significantly less than the factory production model, reducing the recoil momentum which allows faster and more efficient follow-up placement. It boasts large, enhanced, aggressive front and rear serration to aid in manipulating the slide to check the chamber or clear a jam. This combined with the SI Universal Optics Mount cut allows the user to mount most optics securely with ease without needing to send your slide out to get machined. Additionally, a removable cover plate is included for your customization preferences. The Strike Industries LITESLIDE comes with all necessary screws and posts needed for most optics.

NOTE: Channel liner is needed to complete slide.

Solid product

I also added strike industries iron sights on it. Ran it hot at the range shot 360 rounds through it. Impressed ran great. I used some CLP to clean it and the finish is killer. This was my first strike industries slide and I plan to get another. Its that good.

SI doesn't stand by their products

I recently purchased a Liteslide for gen3 G17. Upon building the slide I attempted to mount a brand new Holosun 509T with a C&H RMR adapter plate. I quickly noticed that the optic was skewed so far that I had to max out windage just to get the dot centered in the window. I also tried with the plate supplied by Holosun as well as with a Holosun 407C and a Swampfox Liberty. All mounted crooked.

I contacted Strike Industries for a Warranty RMA explaining what the problem was and the rep asked for multiple photos which I provided. I also provided detailed measurements taken with a dial indicator which clearly shows the RMR hole pattern was off.

Before closing my RMA tocket, Strike industries reply was "The Liteslide may not be compatible with aftermarket mounting plates" and completely ignored the fact that I used two other optics with the same result.
