Close but not there

I really wanted to love this grip. When i installed it on my featurless riffle it felt great and i was really happy. When i went to install my abi selector thats when i knew this would not work. The grip comes with a nice grove to place your thumb its really nice and allows for very good grip but with the ambi selector that thum rest is in the way. You can no longer place the thumb there without hitting your selector. If you have a regular selector then this works great.

Best featureless grip out there

I have to say that I'm very impressed with this grip. This grip is truly ergonomic and feels comfortable in my hands. You'll need a short arm ambi selector that has a slim profile. I do have a beefy ambi selector so it affects the resting position of my thumb on the thumb rest, but it's not that big a deal. Very happy with the buy, and I highly recommend it.

Near Perfect

Pros: Not a pistol grip, awesome for control of firearm as a right handed shooter, nice design

Cons: *ambitious safety issue, potentially unformfotable for some, more of a classic grip angle

The only complaint I actually have is that in some positions the thumb shelf gets a little uncomfortable. Something I noticed on my 308 not my 555's. It just seems to aggravate the portion of your hand that presses up against it on heavier rifles. As far as the ambi safety selector, it is a draw back, but I just reversed mine. Flat is still safe and up is still free. I just have to push it in a different direction. Yes, it's different, but nothing you can't overcome with training. The only reason you have this is because you live in a state that thinks a pistol grip turns this thing into a minigun. So you won't have guns without this grip. I think you could also go with a short throw safety to overcome it or just run a standard safety.

Great CA Compliant AR Grip

Californians have had few featureless grip choices and what was there filled the bill, but was basic and expensive. This Megafin grip gives you a much needed thumb rest and feels like I have control again of my rifle without having a thumb hole or a pistol grip’s ability to squeeze and hang onto something. Instead your thumb and fingers press in opposite directions giving back that control. The fin is also offset so you have a more secure space on the grip.

Way batter than I thought it would be!

Yeah I get so much more grip on this than I expected. I really hate needing it but it's life. I can move on know I'm getting a real "grip" back on my AR.

Great Grip

this is the best option out there for a featureless grip. its 3x the price of the strike industries simple featureless grip, but well worth the money. the shelf on the side where you can put your thumb allows an actual decent grip with quite a bit of stability
