The Strike Industries Mod 1 is a drop-in replacement buttstock for AR-15/M16 carbines using Mil-Spec receiver extensions. This carbine stock is made from durable reinforced polymer that can withstand hard impacts, with QD sling attachment points on either side.

The enhanced locking mechanism makes changing the length of pull fast and easy while reducing the risk of accidentally pressing the unlock lever, and an angled buttpad makes shouldering the rifle easier when wearing a plate carrier.

Don't Forget the Rubber Recoil Pad!

I like the stock overall but it should not be sold/bought without the recoil pad. The stocks angular shape and material allow for it to slip and lose position easily without it.

Bad tolerance on Mil-Spec buffer tube, stock is loose and floppy.

This is exactly what I was looking for for my first build. I did not want to go too expencive because I will be passing the build to my 10yo when he turns 12. Back to the item, solidly built not like some other I previewed at a gun show and defiantly a way to go if your looking to keep the weight and size down on your at build. I would recommend this for anyone building an SBR legally, or any one who is going to use a standard rifle length barrel build.
