The Strike Industries T-Bone AR-15 charging handle is a latchless, ambidextrous design with a user-configurable gas venting system that gives the shooter full control over blowback direction — vent to the right only, left only, or balanced through both handles. Built for .223/5.56 AR-15 platforms, this charging handle combines a 7000-series aluminum body with modular PolyFlex polymer handles in an all-Black configuration.
The Strike Industries T-Bone is an ambidextrous latchless AR-15 charging handle built on a 7000-series aluminum body with Strike Industries proprietary PolyFlex polymer handles, featuring a user-configurable gas-busting system and modular, replaceable handle design.
The latchless PolyFlex polymer handle design eliminates the metal latch contact that standard charging handles make on the upper receiver, reducing receiver wear over repeated use. The user-configurable gas-busting system allows the shooter to direct blowback gas to the right side only, left side only, or equally through both handles — a meaningful feature for suppressed shooting or any setup where controlling gas direction matters. Modular handles are replaceable and interchangeable with optional sizes, colors, and styles, so the T-Bone body can be reconfigured without a full charging handle replacement. The 7000-series aluminum body provides the structural rigidity to support the polymer handles under demanding use.
Compatible with .223/5.56 AR-15 platforms. Handles are only compatible with Strike Industries T-Bone charging handles.
7000-series aluminum body. Strike Industries PolyFlex polymer handles, Black/Black. Modular handle system.
Well suited for AR-15 builds running suppressed or any configuration where directional gas venting control is the priority, in an all-black finish.
Strike Industries designs AR-15 and handgun components for the shooting market, offering a broad range of functional upgrades across multiple colors and finishes.

A solution looking for a problem that didn't exist

Terrible, once latched you could bruise your hand trying to move the bolt carrier back with the charging handle. I tried it on three different Mii-Spec uppers, all with the same poor results.
Not worth it

Not to happy with it. Does nothing to midigate any gas at all. My silicone sealed mil spec charging handle works way better. I even put it on a suppressed rifle with 20 in barrel still has a ton of blow back. My mil spec handle I drilled holes in the handle by the gas tube and smoothed it out reanodized it sealed it off and works great….On all rifles. Not a happy camper
I was happy to speak to you on this matter and get it resolved. Please let us know if there is anything else we may help you with.

I guess it will do what it's supposed to. Dont know for how long. I didnt realize it was latchless when I bought, but its good enough not to hassle with sending back
Love Primary Arms but no spring loaded handle is useless to me…
by Andrew G -
Primary Arms always satisfies me with good selection, good prices and quick shipping but this charging handle is garbage. Their is no spring operated mechanism for reliving the pressure of the clamp. It’s just a metal hook that mars the finish of your receiver. Forget about the gas busting feature which would be neat if this was usable. Whoever thought this was a good idea should be fired. If I had the time and desire to return it I would but I don’t want to bother the kind people at PA. I’ll just throw it in the closet in case one of my milspec(spring loaded) handles breaks for some reason.
