Installed on my Arsenal SLR-95 I recently picked up and it makes charging the bolt a lot easier. If you are one of those guys that likes to train with their ak's and practice quick reloads this is a great addition. You get slightly more leverage and better grip on the handle itself versus the regular ak charging handle. It locks down very tight as does my TWS microdot rear sight plate that I installed on same gun. Both TWS products stayed rock solid with first range trip with my new (used slr) ak enduring 100's of rounds. I don't think you can go wrong with TWS.
