TNVC Mohawk Helmet Counterweight System MK1 Gen 2 - Black

This Mohawk counterweight works as both a counterweight and as additional storage. It features a 500d Cordura Nylon construction, cord Lock retainer, and longer loops for communication cable retention.

The Mohawk strip allows for the placement of currently issued strobe devices and blast sensor devices. There is an adjustable shock cord net to aid in retaining the strobe and blast censor. This netting can also hold a tourniquet if a strobe is not used.

The counterweight features two elastic pockets that can hold up to four flexible lead weight strips for a 1 pound counterweight. The other part of the compartment can accept a removable battery organizer with up to 6 cells of storage.

Once the battery tray and weights are removed, the low-profile battery box for a GPNVG-18 will fit. There are also two loops on the top of the main compartment for easy access battery storage.
