This mount is perfect for AR's with A2-type butt stocks in that it gives you options to attach/quick detach a sling. It creates (in my opinion) the perfect attachment point for a single point or a two-point sling. Easy to install....literally in under a minute. Fast shipping as usual from Primary Arms, my new favorite place to shop for firearm products.

There is a huge difference between quality accessory parts to those far less superior!! I liked how Troy's design was made to fit over the castle nut allowing for the full collapse of the butt stock.
