Whether you are looking for quick target acquisition with a red dot sight or longer range application with a magnified sight, this dust cover rail can do it all for you. Field stripping the rifle is easy with the hinged dust cover design and upgraded dust cover button, allowing users to retain a consistent zero on their optics without compromising the rugged design of the AK platform. The Gen 3 Short Top Handguard offers greater levels of functionality, modularity, and durability than previous models. The co-planar top rail ensures all accessories such as optics, night vision, or thermal devices properly aligned and hold zero. For additional functionality, the Gen-3 handguard is also M-LOK compatible, allowing for a multitude of accessories to be mounted on the handguard.

Note: Fits AKM type STAMPED receiver rifles with standard smooth front trunnion. Includes barrel clamp for standard barrel diameter of .670" +/- .010" as measured 1/4 inch before the rear sight block. Will not fit Yugo, milled receiver, or bulged front trunnion type rifles.
