The United Shield International Spartan Gen II Special Threat Stand Alone Plate is designed from polyethylene and covered in nylon to provide ballistic protection. This Spartan Gen II has a flat style with an NIJ Level IIIA rating that will stop a 44 magnum round or lower plus is threat tested for FN 5.7 X 28mm 27- Grain SS195 LFHP, FN 5.7 X 28mm 40-grain Hornady V-Max (Blue Tip), .40 S&W 95gr, .357 SIG 125 grain FMJFN, .357 SIG 125- grain GDHP, 9-mm +P+, 127-grain SXT, Fiocci 9mm 115gr FMJ and Tokarev 7.62×25 85gr rounds.
