The Unity Tactical FAST OMNI Magnifier Mount is designed to accommodate the most popular magnifiers that need to sit at a taller height then standard mounts can achieve. It utilizes Unity Tactical’s unique Flip-To-Center mechanism that allows you to stow the magnifier over the receiver instead of off to the side like traditional mounts. This reduces the possibility of the optic snagging on any gear or environmental hazards.
Features:
- Made from 7075-T6 Aluminum
- Type III hardcoat anodizing
- Integrated QD Lever
- Flip To Center
- 4.4 ounces
Compatibility:
- EOTech G23, G30, G33, G43, G45
- Vortex Optics VMX-3T, Micro3X, Micro6X
- Trijicon 3X MAG-C
- Sig Sauer Juliet3X, Juliet4X, Juliet Micro3X
- Holosun HM3X, HM3XT
When using large earpro/communication devices or night vision equipment, the FAST FTC OMNI Magnifier Mount puts the optic at a more neutral heads-up posture to accommodate users shooting with full kit/gear. Raising the magnifier to a 2.25” optical center height, these are a great add-on for an optic mounted on the Unity Tactical FAST Micro Mount for users needing the extra magnification for their 1x red dots.

I wanted to love this
by Johnny
I know high optics are all the rage and the heads up raise the weapon to your face not your face to your weapon is how everyone is teaching. Having the magnifier tucked away like this is awesome. Really gets it out of the way. Pull it up and get some 3x in your face. EO tech is on fleek with the Unity riser. I'm old. I was trained by older genx'ers. Cheek to stockweld was a thing. My first AR was a m16a4 with a carry handle. We got aimpoint m68s. Pushups because my nose wasn't on the charging handle. So you really gotta train with this thing to get used to it, especially in ready up drills and high ready. Truth is, my nods are covered in dust, I've used BUIS once in the last 22 years, and I've got more time looking through lower 1/3 co than most kids have looking at the hub.
Solid mount

Bought this to pair with a new EOTech G45 Magnifier that I bought without the EOTech mount. Sits behind a EOTech EXPS. Easy enough manipulation, but still sturdy. Not requiring a tool to adjust the Quick Release is a plus too.
Excellent, like all things Unity

I paired this mount with the SIG Juliet4 magnifier, and it's been a great combo for me so far. The mount comes with all the screws needed to mount multiple magnifiers (each with a dot of threadlocker which is a thoughtful touch). It works well with the whole ecosystem of Unity mounts, of which I have the Aimpoint Micro, EOTech, and MRO. If you've read the other reviews, you might take note of the fact that this mount isn't for everyone. 2.26" and higher work extremely well for me (and I don't use NV). I find this mount very usable even in the prone. It fits on the uppers I have. Yes, it *slightly* obscures the lower window of your optic, but it isn't something I've noticed while shooting, though it does render your back-up irons unusable. With the magnifier down, it's not much different than shooting nose-to-charging handle. The bottom line is: if you know what you're getting, it works extremely well. If you're just getting in to 2.26", consider this one of the last pieces to get.
Not for what you think it's for...

First off, this is a review for the mount itself, not for PA - PA has the best customer service bar none.
This mount is meant to be used with a magnifier paired with an Eotech holographic sight, not a red dot, and not a prism. Ask me how I know.
If you buy this to use with a red dot or a prism what you're going to find out is that the mount arm of the Unity, when in the folded position, is going to block out the lower third of your sight. You could get a 2.33" mount for your optic and that will clear the bar, but a regular 2.26" mount will not. Good luck finding a 2.33" mount.
1 star for Unity and 6 stars for PA's customer service.
Good alternative
by Fred -
The flip to center magnifier mount is a good alternative to the flip to side mounts. The Unity is well made and is the standard FTC mount. My biggest criticism is the overall height your optic ends up being to work with this. The height is fine if you are shooting passive NV but overly high for a regular optics mount. I have it on one of my rifles because I hate the flip-to-side mounts but I won’t outfit all of them with this because it’s just a bit too high for me.
Awesome

This is a great mount. Solid positive movement. The QD function is great. My only issue, and it's not a big one, is the mount is either too loose or too tight on the rail. Im sure its just the spec of my rail. But it sits right between two settings. I have it on the loose end so I can use the QD lever. It's still solid enough to work. And being a magnifier, you don't have to worry about zero. Otherwise this thing is awesome. And it helps balance the rifle when the magnifier is stowed out of the way.
