The VLTOR receiver extensions are numbered from one to five on top in order to provide instant visual indication of the stocks position. This VLTOR buffer tube has a MIL-SPEC outer profile and will only accept MIL-SPEC dimension buttstocks.

Vltor 5 Position Receiver Extension (MilSpec)

exactly what I ordered and fit perfect. However, the numbers on buffer tube are not visible at all with ACS stock Adjusted to my arm length when rifle is shouldered. This buffer tube although fits and functions well it is not designed for the Magpul ACS stock.I am happy with it anyway.
